VTM RENEWS ‘DID YOU GET THE MESSAGE?’ FOR SECOND SERIES

VTM in Belgium has just renewed the highly rated hidden camera show ‘Did You Get the Message? for a second season, to be broadcast in 2018.
The first series continues to dominate Monday evenings, scoring an average market share above 30% in the 18-44 target audience. It’s the highest rated new program launch on VTM this fall.

The show, which offers a fresh take on the best way to get a message across so there’s no chance of it being forgotten, launched in Belgium early October.
It made its international debut at MIPCOM, where the format was represented by Be-Entertainment, the recently established international distribution arm of MEDIALAAN.

Says Be-Entertainment MD Gepke Nederlof: ‘ It’s fantastic that ‘Did You Get the Message?’ has already been renewed for a second season while the first season is still going strong.
We’ve closed deals on the format in Germany, the US, France, Norway and Sweden, and are negotiating additional deals to be announced shortly.”

All of the messages conveyed on ‘Did You Get the Message?’ are easy to adapt in other countries, as those featured on the Belgian show are
universal and readily recognizable. And, with a second series in the making, even more messages will soon be available for adaptation.
