Very strong launch for ‘KAFKA’


Be-Entertainment, the recently introduced international distribution arm of MEDIALAAN, successfully launched one of their new titles on VTM in the Flemish speaking part of Belgium yesterday. KAFKA scored a nearly 45% market share in the 18-44 (‘buying target’), an increase of more than 70% based on the channel's average primetime market share.

KAFKA is a brand-new sketch show developed and produced by production company Hopman. It delivers sketches showcasing all types of bureaucracy, varying from long lines, fine print rules and uniforms at the office, the gym, the insurance company, you name it. KAFKA makes the possible impossible. From ending your gym account, to entering a building without any ID or complying with office rules that simply don’t make any sense. All combined in a diverse number of sketches showcasing the kind of dry humor that is typical for the Belgian market but also sure to successfully travel elsewhere.
