‘POP-UP COURT’ NEWEST ADDITION TO BE-ENTERTAINMENT CATALOGUE
Belgian distributor Be-Entertainment has been tapped to represent the insightful, legal
roadshow ‘POP- UP COURT’ internationally. Based on the format created by Belgian producer 100.000VOLTS.TV, the program will launch tonight in Belgium on VTM.
POP-UP COURT follows a team of experienced attorneys and judges that travel aboard the mobile POP-UP COURT to town squares across the nation, to help those in legal need. Whatever the issue, the POP-UP COURT attorneys are ready to offer free professional advice. For pre-selected cases, one of the expert judges visit those involved, to investigate and evaluate the case at the scene. Each episode delivers a dynamic mix of advice, reconciliation or a binding verdict. And a wide range of topics offer practical information and insights to help viewers navigate their own legal issues.
Be-Entertainment will launch the format at MIPTV in Cannes next week. Says Be-Entertainment MD Gepke Nederlof: “’Pop-up Court’ is a great addition to our catalogue. It's another great example how Belgian creatives are able to take a genre and add exactly the right elements to make it more positive, respectful and entertaining – all at the same time.”
