‘THE WAY OUT’ OFF TO SENSATIONAL START ON VTM

Last night’s primetime launch of brand-new entertainment show ‘The Way Out,’ produced by
Roses are Blue, delivered a massive 37.2% market share in the 18-44 target on VTM in Belgium. As the year-to-date channel average is 22.6%, this marks an impressive increase of 65%!

Be-Entertainment MD Gepke Nederlof, who launched the show earlier this month at MIPCOM: “The combination of an adventure show with science elements that increase
viewer engagement was already well received by buyers around the world. It is great to see that the viewers seem to like it as well.”

On each episode of the show, two different celebrity duos are sent into a room full of mysteries to be solved. Their quest? To figure out the scientific experiments, unravel the codes and find their way out first. To make each experiment especially engaging for the viewers, an expert is always on hand in the studio to offer his interesting insights and expertise. The show features a different adventure room theme every week, providing for a variety of insights and great entertainment.
